Can I use or register "REESE"?
For the same or related goods, probably not. In class 5 (pharmaceuticals and health), class 14 (jewellery and watches), class 18 (leather, bags and luggage) and class 29 (meat, dairy and processed food), a new application for an identical or confusingly similar name is likely to be objected to by the Registry under Section 11 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, or opposed by the earlier applicant.
