Trade Marks Journal: advertised applications, by issue and class

The weekly Trade Marks Journal, made readable: every advertised application with its class, goods, applicant and opposition deadline.

Every application that clears examination is advertised here, about 5,675 entries an issue. From the journal date, anyone has four months to oppose. Browse by issue and class, or open a mark for its details and the date its opposition window closes.

How to read an entry

Each entry shows the mark as filed (a word, or a logo we have read by OCR), the class, the goods or services claimed, the applicant as advertised, the application date and the office. Advertised is not registered. The mark is published so that anyone with an earlier right can object; if no opposition is filed within four months it proceeds to registration.
