Can I use or register "DROP CHECK"?

In class 1 (chemicals), class 5 (pharmaceuticals and health) and class 10 (medical devices), a new application for an identical or confusingly similar name is likely to be objected to by the Registry under Section 11 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, or opposed by the earlier applicant.
